CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SHOULD BE PENALIZED WITH MAXIMUM PENALTY AS A DETERRENT FACTOR FOR THOSE WOULD-BE-CORRUPT AND AT THE SAME TIME A LESSON TO RECKON WITH.CORRUPTION IN HIGH AND LOW PLACES IN GOVERNMENT MUST BE NIPPED IN THE BUD BY A DETERMINED PRESIDENT, FOR THEY RE ALREADY LEGION.THE MONEY INTENDED FOR DEVELOPMENT WAS SIPHON INSTEAD TO THE POCKETS OF CORRUPT PUBLIC OFFICIALS ESPECIALLY IN THE DEPT. OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS.
